What I Eat in A Day | Model, At Home *Healthy Homemade Meals*
Happy Friday Youtube Fam! It has been so long since I did a WIEIAD! Just to summarize my basic diet right now:
-I’d say I am Keto-based, but I do eat rice, sweet potatoes, and quinoa sometimes (and the odd bag of chips). This is because I found out I have Estrogen dominance with low progesterone PCOS and I read a lot of research on how a Keto diet can help to balance hormones and deal with these issues (and some infertile women even got pregnant!). So far my body feels good and my skin is much better on it, so that’s a good sign!
-I do not count calories, micros, or macros.
-I’m not a big snacker lately, I only feel hungry in the afternoon if I don’t eat enough fat at lunch and in that case I’ll have a handful of nuts.
-I drink 2L of water a day.
-I eat more ‘unhealthy meals’ on Sundays (a big brunch and hotpot is our usual go to but lately we’ve been enjoying Ruby Tuesday’s deliveries).
