Wanna make your breakfast more interesting?
Cheese and garlic egg muffins are your answer!
These savoury muffins are so yummy yet healthy!
Here’s the recipe:
Serves:5 muffins
Calories per serve: 70 Cal
Ingredients:
•Eggs – 3
•Processed cheese cube(You can use cheese of your choice) – Two cubes( 20 g each)
•Garlic powder – 1/2 tsp (You can use fresh garlic cloves-2)
•Pepper and salt as per your taste.
•Oil to grease the pan.
•Bread crumbs to add some crunch(optional)
•Any veggies you’d like to add(I didn’t add any)

Method:
1. Crack three eggs into a bowl and add garlic powder, salt, pepper and grated cheese and give it a whisk.
You can add sauteed veggies at this point if you want to.
2. Pop it into your oven that’s preheated to 180°C and bake them for 10 min.
3. Take the tray out of the oven and add bread crumbs,grated cheese on top of the muffins and bake at 180°C for 10 more minutes.
Voila!
Your savoury garlicky muffins are done!
