TODAY MY RECIPES IS Coconut Coriander Chutney | 3 minutes instant chutney for vada, idly, appam, dosa. Coconut and coriander chutney is a super side dish for idly, dosa, appam, idiyappam,upma, etc. Coconut coriander chutney recipe is a very easy 3 minutes recipe. It is very tasty, healthy and nutritious. Low-calorie recipe. This coconut coriander chutney is delicious as well as helps easy digestion.

Ingredients:
Coconut(grated): 3TBSP
Pottukadalai (fried gram):4TBSP
Ginger(chopped):1TBSP
Green chili:2NOS
Coriander leaves chopped: 2TBSP
Salt: as per taste
Seasoning: mustard seed1/4TSP,Oil: 1TSP,Curry leaves:few,Red chilli: 1NO

Method of preparation :
Add grated coconut, pottukadalai, chopped ginger, green chili, coriander leaves, and salt into the mixer grinder. Add some water and blend well. Transfer the mixture into the bowl. For seasoning add 1TSP of oil in the pan. When the oil is warm add mustard seed, curry leaves, red chili. Saute for a few seconds. Then, pour the mixture into the chutney. Now the coconut coriander tasty chutney is ready.
