Ceasar Salad is a healthy rich salad with delicious soft and juicy chicken and a creamy ceaser dressing assembled with some fresh romaine lettuce and olive toasted crispy croutons.
I usually have this heavy healthy salad as my dinner.It goes boom for parties also!!My kids too love this salad.
Ingredients:
For Ceaser Salad Dressing:
1. Mayonnaise 6 tbsp
2. Cheddar cheese 3 tbsp (cheese slice 2)
3. Cream cheese 3 tbsp
4. Oregano 1/2 tsp
5. Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
6. Garlic chopped 1 tbsp.
7. Sugar 1 tsp
8. Chilled milk 6 tbsp.
9. Salt
For Chicken:
1. Boneless chicken 400 gms
2. Pepper powder 1 tsp.
3. Salt
4. Vinegar 1 tsp
5. Olive oil 1 tbsp.
6.Water 1/4 cup
For croutons:
1. White bread 4 slices cut in cubes
2. Olive oil 5 tbsp
I used the homemade white bread 🥪 here for croutons.

Roughly cut a medium sized romaine lettuce and assemble it with crispy croutons, ceaser dressing and tender chicken.
