Hey guys in today’s video I will be showing you how to make healthy weight loss and diet pasta recipes for weight and how I was able to lose 13kg (28 pounds). As of now I am maintaining my 13kg (28 pounds) weight loss but I do plan to lose about 1 or 2 kg more to generally tone my body. The pasta recipes I have shown are all vegan and delicious. With the majority of them you would be able to have it during school, college, university or even work 😊 I hope you will find them to be as tasty as I do.
