Chimichurri Ingredients
-equal parts Italian parsley and cilantro (1 bunch of each)
-at least 4 cloves of garlic
-1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
-1 tsp. of cumin
-1 tsp of salt
-dash of crushed black pepper (to taste)
-1/2 shallot
-1/2 cup olive oil
-1/3 cup red wine vinegar, can substitute with lemon or lime juice
-1 jalepeño without seeds (optional)
