Ingredients:-
Potatoes (boiled) 1 kg آلو (ابلے ہوئے)
White Chickpeas (boiled with 1 tsp salt) 500 g
سفید چنے (1 چائے کا چمچ نمک کے ساتھ ابلے ہوئے)
Cucumbers 4 کھیرے
Tomatoes 5 ٹماٹر
Onion 1 پیاز
Chaat Masala 1 + 1/2 tbsp چاٹ مصالحہ
Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp لال مرچ پاؤڈر
Salt 1 tbsp (or to taste) نمک
Yogurt for Topping دہی
Chaat Masala for Topping چاٹ مصالحہ
