1 cup (260 g) hung curd/yogurt
1/2 jeera (cumin)
2 green chillies, finely chopped
4-5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
Pink himalyan salt (kala namak)/regular salt, to taste
