Ingredients:
1. 2 cups of Phool makhana / Tamara ginjalu / Lotus seeds
2. salt, red chilli powder, chat masala ( 1 Tsp each)
3. 3 spoons of ghee
process:
1. In a hot pan, add 2 spoons of ghee, 2 cups of Phool makhana and fry this for 4 to 5 minutes in a medium to high flame until rice golden in colour & crisp
2. Now season it with salt, red chilli powder, chat masala if you want you can add any other spices
3. Now add a spoon of ghee to coat the masala well with Makhana.
4. Store in an air tight container & enjoy this as a evening snack
