Hi, In today’s video I will be showing you how I make my low cal easy desert protein chocolate cheesecake cups recipe. It is delicious, super chocolaty, tasty treat for weight loss. It’s hard to believe that it can be a healthy snack. This is one of my favorites. I am completely obsessed at the moment with this desert. I have it everyday! It’s only 62 calories with 6 grams of protein. This desert satisfy’s any craving that you may have.

Here is the recipe:

Ingredients
1 cup plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup cottage cheese
Use electric hand mixer and mix well.
Add 1 egg, and mix well.
Add 1/4 cup apple sauce
2 tbsps condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
Mix wet ingredients with mixer.
Add to mixture
4 tbsps Cocoa powder
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp flour

Mix all ingredients with mixer.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes in a muffin pan. Place muffin liners in pan.
