Super Healthy – This Delicious and Creamy Chicken Salad recipe is very easy to make delicious, very low carb, healthy fats, and great for your health if you’re looking to drop the sugar that fake mayonnaise has in it.
We use whole egg mayo and make our own but you can buy it, just check the label for sugars and carbs.

Healthy Chicken Salad Ingredients:
1 pound of Chicken Thighs
– ½ teaspoon of Pepper
– ½ teaspoon of Salt
– ¼ teaspoon of Garlic Powder
– 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
– 1 cup of Celery, diced
– 1 tablespoon of Parsley, finely chopped
– ½ cup of Whole Egg Mayonnaise (Natural no added sugar) – Make your own here:
– Salt, to taste
– Pepper, to taste
– 10 Baby Cos or Romaine Lettuce Leaves for wraps/cups (or add to your favorite tortilla, sandwich or rolls) for the healthiest Sub Sandwich Rolls check this video:
