A simple delicious salad that you can serve for lunch or dinner. It is perfect for when you are not feeling too much hungry. Even though only a few ingredients are used, the onion, sardine, and pickles are the perfect combinations for a sardine salad.

Ingredients:
4 cups, Lettuce, torn
1 oz. Red Onion
3 Pickles, sliced into circles
1 can Sardine, drained from the oil
½ Lemon the Juice
1 tbsp. Olive oil
½ Lemon for serving

Procedure:
1. In a bowl add the lettuce. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, and season with salt.
2. Add the onion and pickles.
3. Add the sardine.
4. Top with lemon and serve.
