My Eggless Banana Walnut Bread recipe is super moist, healthy and delicious. This banana bread recipe is a great way to use overripe bananas and it gets an added crunch from the chopped walnuts. This recipe is free from eggs, maida, butter, milk, condensed milk and curd thus making it 100% vegan friendly. This bread makes a great breakfast on-the-go and can also be served as a snack along with your evening tea or coffee. You can also pack this for your kids snack box and they will just love it. Notes:

1. First of all, I recommend using overripe bananas for this recipe as it gives a fantastic flavour
2. You can replace walnuts with nuts of your choice like almonds, cashews etc. You may also add chocolate chips
3. If you like cinnamon flavour, you can 1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder along with dry ingredients
4. You can completely substitute whole wheat flour with all purpose flour or use 3/4th cup whole wheat flour and 3/4th cup all purpose flour
5. You can substitute oil with same quantity of melted butter
6. I have taken 1/2 cup sugar which I have powdered and used. This is just perfect for me but, if you like more sweetness you can increase upto 3/4th cup
7. If your batter is too thick, add little water to get the right consistency
8. Cool the banana bread completely to room temperature before slicing it
9. Just warm the bread in microwave for 15 to 20 secs, if serving the next day
10. It took 50 mins for me to bake but it can take anywhere between 50 to 55 mins. So watch your oven carefully while your banana bread bakes,
because every oven is different
