kISAR Turkish Salad – Healthy Dietary Low calorie Salad
Ingredients
Bulgur = 1 glass
Or Couscous ( woolsworth ) = 1 glass
Olive oil – 3 to 4 tbsp
Tomato Paste – 1 tbsp full
Red chilli paste – 1/2 or 1 tsp
Green onion – a bunch
Parsley – a bunch
Mint – 1/4 cup
Pomegranate molasses ( woolsworth) – 3 to 4 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Black pepper – 1 tsp
Pickle cucumber – 2 / Jalapenos – 2 tbsp
You can add dill or your choice of greens in salad
