Pomegranate salad
Ingredients
Pomegranate – 2 cups
Onion – 3 tbsp chopped
Green capsicum – 3 tbsp chopped
Tomato – 3 tbsp deseeded & chopped
Green Chili -1 tbsp chopped
Mint leaves – 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp chopped
lemon juice – 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pepper – 1/8 tbsp
chaat masala – 1/4 tbsp
Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 1 tsp
Method:
1. Mix all the vegetables together, starting from Pomegranate, onions, capsicum, tomatoes followed by green chili.
2. Chop mint and coriander and add it in the mixture.
1. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, chaat masala and extra virgin olive oil in the bowl.
2. Mix it well and add it in the salad.
You’re pomegranate salad is now ready.
Serve it immediately or refrigerate it and then serve.
