Breakfast Smoothies are a great option to enjoy a healthy breakfast on busy mornings. My smoothie recipes contain no added sugar and are packed with protein, fiber, unsaturated fats, essential vitamins and minerals. They are so easy to make and they keep you satisfied till lunch time. You need to just add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth. Even kids will love this drink and are much better than any store bought juices which contain lot preservatives and added sugar. People who exercise can also consume this as a post workout drink instead of a store bought protein shake. The addition of nut milk, fresh veggies and fruits helps to boost milk supply for lactating mothers as well.

Notes:
1. You can add flax seeds, chia seeds for more nutrition while grinding
2. You can use any milk of your choice like almond milk, coconut milk, cashew milk, oat milk or even regular cow milk
3. Feel free to top the smoothie with nuts, fresh fruits, dark chocolate shavings etc
4. You can use any sweetener like honey, maple syrup, date syrup etc
5. I have used blueberries but you can use any berries like strawberries, raspberries, blackberries etc
