🍩🍩PROTEIN DONUT RECIPE🍩🍩
*NOTE: Depending on how much additional ingredients you add and whether you are using sugar free products for the additional ingredients WILL FLUCTUATE your end calorie and protein result for each donut. Due to COVID-19, my local grocery stores in Texas had limited options for ingredients so I used what I could find to the best of my ability.

🍩 2 Eggs
🍩 1 TBSP of Almond Milk
🍩 1/8 – 1/4 Cup of Water
🍩 1 TBSP of Donut Syrup (*OPTIONAL)
🍩 1 TBSP of Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup (*OPTIONAL – the sugar free syrup only has about 5 calories per TBSP, the one I used due to COVID-19 grocery store shortages had 45 calories)
🍩 2 Scoops of Herbalife Formula 1 of your choice
🍩 2 Scoops of Herbalife Protein Drink Mix of your choice
🍩 1/4 Cup of Coconut Flour
🍩 1/2 TSP of Baking Soda
🍩 2 TBSP of Monkfruit Sweetener
🍩 1 – 2 TBSP of Sugar Free Chocolate Chips (*OPTIONAL – the sugar free chips have about 50-70 calories per TBSP, the one I used due to COVID-19 grocery store shortages had 80 calories)
🍩 Spray donut pan with coconut spray and bake 325-350 for 8-10 minutes depending on your oven. I baked mine at 340 for 8 minutes.

🍩🍩PROTEIN ICING RECIPE🍩🍩
NOTE: you can use either 2 TBSP of water and 2 TBSP almond milk or do 4 TBSP of water.

🍩 2 Scoops of Herbalife Protein Drink Mix of your choice
🍩 2 TBSP of Water
🍩 2 TBSP of Almond Milk
🍩 1 TBSP of Monkfruit Sweetener (*OPTIONAL)

The protein and calorie count is based on my suggested ingredients. If you choose other ingredients it WILL FLUCTUATE your end protein and calorie count. The protein and calorie count is just a guide to give you an idea of the approximate numbers.

🍩 Donut NO icing, NO sugar free chocolate syrup, & and NO chocolate chips is about 62 calories per donut and about 6 grams of protein

🍩 Donut NO icing WITH sugar free chocolate syrup and WITH chocolate chips is about 89 calories per donut and about 6 grams of protein

🍩 Donut WITH icing and NO sugar free chocolate syrup & NO chocolate chips is about 78 calories per donut and about 8.5 grams of protein

🍩 Donut WITH icing, WITH sugar free syrup, & WITH chocolate chips is about 105 calories per donut and 8.5 grams of protein
