Amelia and I made these pretty cool mason jar salads for our meal prep for the week and they were delicious and a super cool way to store your lunch without using several different containers!

Chicken Cob Salad:
Strawberry and Spinach Salad
Ingredients:
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp Olive oil extra-virgin
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
1/4 cup Feta cheese
1/4 cup Walnuts toasted
1 tbsp Shallots
1 cup Strawberries
4 cups Baby spinach
Home Made Salsa (Family Recipe)
Ingredients:
1 onion
1 garlic clove
2 cans of tin tomatoes
1 teaspoon of sugar
pinch of salt and pepper
1 cube of chicken stock
1 teaspoon mixed herbs
