Easy Steps (This recipe & associated ingredients makes about 2 Protein Rich Hummus Toasts)
1. Prepare Hummus Beiruti using the recipe we uploaded on our channel on July 11, 2020
2. In a mixing bowl combine
a. ½ Cup Chopped Cherry Tomatoes
b. ½ Cup Chopped Cucumber
c. ½ Cup Chopped Baby Spinach
d. 3 TBSP Sliced Green Kalamata Olives
e. 3 TBSP Mediterranean Herb Crumbled Feta Cheese (We used Athenos Brand)
f. 1 TBSP Olive Oil
g. 2 TBSP Za'atar Spice Blend
h. ¼ Cup Chopped Cilantro
i. ¼ TSP Salt (Add more or less to Taste)
j. ¼ TSP Fresh Lemon Juice
k. 1 TSP Roasted & Chopped Red Bell Pepper
l. Mix it Well
m. Set it Aside
3. Seasoned Butter Spread
a. In a small mixing bowl Combine
b. 3 TBSP Butter
c. ½ TSP Garlic Powder
d. ½ TSP Crushed Red Pepper
e. ¼ TSP Oregano
f. 1 TBSP Chopped Cilantro
g. Mix it Well & Set it Aside
4. On a toasted Artisan White Bread
5. Spread the prepared seasoned Butter
6. Generously apply the Hummus Beiruti

7. Now add the prepared salad
8. Top it with the Mediterranean Herb Crumbled Feta Cheese
9. Garnish with the Microgreens & pinch of Paprika
10. Ready to Serve
