Masala bread quick breakfast or evening snack recipe.

Ingredients
5 Slices of bread
Butter 2 tsp
Oil 2.5 tsp
1 tsp Cumin
1 small chopped onion
Curry leaves
Half chopped capsicum
1 chopped Green chillies
1 chopped tomato
Tomato sauce
1 tsp water
Pinch of Turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
Salt as per taste

How to make
Cut the bread slice into 4 small pieces .In a kadai or pan heat 2 tsp butter and roast the bread pieces on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.keep it aside.
Heat 2.5 tsp oil in kadai add cumin then chopped onions ,curry leaves,chopped capsicum,chopped green chilli fry for 1 min,then add a pinch of turmeric powder,red chilli powder,chopped tomatoes,tomato sauce cook on medium flame for 3 mins.add a little water if needed,turn off the flame.now add the roasted bread pieces give it a good mix so that every bread piece should be coated well wit masala.
