Moong dal Idli/ Coconut Chutney

Ingredients

For coconut chutney
Green chillies 3
Grated coconut 1/2 cup
Hing 1/4 tsp
Oil 1/4tsp

For tempering
Oil 1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds 1/4tsp
Dry Red chillies 2 pieces
Curry leaves 5-6
Hing 1 pinch

Moong dal Idli

Moong dal 1 cup
Udad dal 1 cup
Both washed and soaked seperately for 4 hour
Grind to a fine batter
Water as required
Salt as per taste
Slit green chillies 2-3(optional)
Hing 1 pinch(optional)

Serve hot with coconut chutney
