I have lost 40 pounds with Weight Watchers and this is the salad I ate most weekdays for lunch during my weight loss journey. It is 4 Smart Points and is super crunchy, tangy and delicious. I do different variations/add leftover meat and/or veggies, but this is the core salad. ▼ RECIPE BELOW

Ingredients:
1 Celery Stalk
1 Carrot
2 Green Onions
1/2 Cup Garbanzo Beans
1 Tbps Bulgarian Feta (1 sp)
6 Katamala Olives (1 sp)
1 Tbs Sunflower Seeds (1sp – Replace with something more filling if needed. Sunflower seeds aren’t going to keep you full longer. If you struggling with that I’d add more cheese or a higher fat nut.)
Balsamic Vinegar – to taste (~1 sp)
^ can replace with red wine vinegar or lemon if you want a 0 smart point option
1 Spray Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
