1. Soak 1 cup green moong dal for 6 hours
2.Keep the moong dal in cloth for 24 hours till they get sprouts in them
3. Cut some onions tomatoes cucumbers
4 sautés some onions tomatoes in pan add some salt, paprika some black pepper
5.Then add some cucumbers
6. Then add some sev mixture and puffed rice found in Indian stores mix them and enjoy.
