Rice – 1/3 cup
Green Moong Dal (Split) – 1/3 Cup
Finely Chopped Onions – 2 med size
Finely chopped tomato – 1 med size
Ginger (chopped) – 1 tsp
Garlic (chopped) – 1 tsp
Cashew – 6 to 7
Green Chilli (Chopped) – 1
Coriander Leaves – few
Curry Leaves – few
Jeera – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – a pinch
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander/Dhaniya Powder – 1 tsp
Ghee – 2 tsp
Salt – to taste
