► Chipotle Guacamole Ingredients
3 Ripe Hass Avocados
1/4 cup diced Red Onion
1 diced Roma/Plum Tomato
2 Garlic Cloves
2 chopped small Jalapenos
1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro
30 ml of Lime Juice
1/2 tsp Ground Coriander
1/4 tsp Chipotle Chili Powder
1/8 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Salt
► Directions
Cut Open Avocados and Peel them
Peel the Garlic Cloves
Chop up Red Onion, Tomato, Garlic, Jalapenos (Seeds removed), Cilantro, Avocados
Add Lime Juice and spices
Blend everything together until smooth
Enjoy!
