Today I just harvested my organic turmeric from my garden and cooking this Healthy Turmeric Rice with fresh coconut milk and fresh pandan leave. Also another dish is Simmered Turmeric Fish with the goodness health benefits we can get from the Turmeric.
Ingredients are:
For turmeric rice:
2 cups rice
2 1/2 cups fresh coconut milk
3 pcs fresh Pandan leaves
1/3 cup of smashed turmeric
For Turmeric fish:
3 slices of Fish
1 tomato
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
1 talk Lemon grass
1/2 tsp. Salt and 1/2 tsp. Pepper corn
1/4 cup smashed Turmeric
2 tbsp. Coconut vinegar
anatto oil( for cooking )and spring onion (for garnish)
