Today’s recipe is an easy white bread loaf using simple ingredients. This bakery-style bread loaf is super soft, fluffy and yummy!
INGREDIENTS
FOR HOMEMADE BREAD:
1 cup milk, warm1 cup milk, warm
2 tbsp sugar2 tbsp sugar
½ tbsp dry yeast½ tbsp dry yeast
3 cup All Purpose flour flour
1 tsp salt1 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil2 tbsp oil
½ cup water, as required½ cup water, as required

FOR BREAD MAKER:
260 ml water260 ml water
½ tsp salt½ tsp salt
3 tbsp sugar3 tbsp sugar
2½ tbsp sugar2½ tbsp sugar
210 gm maida / plain flour210 gm maida / plain flour
210 gm All purpose flour / Maida210 gm
1½ tsp dry yeast1½ tsp dry yeast
Method
firstly, in a large mixing bowl take 1 cup warm milk.
also, add 2 tbsp sugar and ½ tbsp dry yeast. mix well.
rest and allow the yeast to activate.
further add 3 cup All Purpose flour, 1 tsp salt and 2 tbsp oil. mix well making sure everything is combined well.
additionally, add ½ cup water and knead well.
cover with cling wrap or moist cloth and rest for 2 hours.
after 2 hours, the dough will double in size. knead again to a cylindrical shape.
cover and rest for 30 minutes or till dough rise just an inch above the loaf pan.
place the bread loaf pan in preheated oven and bake at 180-degree celsius for 30 minutes.
finally, serve White bread or Sandwich Allbread with jam or make a sandwich.
