CHICKEN SAUSAGE PASTA BAKE:
Serves 2 – 432 Calories (per portion)
• Half red onion
• 100g Closed cup mushrooms
• 120g Tomato
• 130g Broccoli
• 115g Pasta
• 100g Light cheddar cheese
• 6 Chicken sausages

BEEF HOTPOT:
Serves 2 – 440 Calories (per portion)
• 117g Broccoli
• 200g Carrots
• 130g Celery
• 85g Closed cup mushrooms
• X1 Tin chopped tomato
• X1 Beef stock
• 315g Potato
• 250g 5% Fat beef mince
• Worcester sauce (few splashes)

OVEN BAKED SALMON:
Serves 2 – 577 Calories (per portion)
• 217g Green beans
• X2 Eggs
• X1 Pack microwave rice
• 2 Salmon fillets
• Lemon juice
• Seasoning for salmon
