In this video I have shared the recipe of peanut butter – Jam Over night Oats which is very colour full and Its an Dessert come , Healthy come and weight loss recipe. Easy to make ahead breakfasts are very important to many people who do not have time to prepare a healthy breakfast every morning. With these easy and healthy overnight oats to can plan you breakfast for all the week. This overnight night oats are rich in soluble fiber which is very helpful in weight loss. As all the ingredients used are healthy except jam but jam quantity used is very less comparatively so It can also be taken as healthy meal.

Peanut butter – Jam Overnight Oats:
Ingredients :-
2/3 cup of instant oats / rolled oats
1/2 cup of soya milk or any other choice of milk
1/4 cup of greek yogurt (if not can use normal curd)
2 spoons peanut butter
2 spoons Fruit Jam
Chia seeds
chopped nuts (Choice is Yours)
Honey or Maple syrup ( based on sweetness)
cinnamon powder 1 spoon
vanilla essence (optional)
chopped deseeded Soft dates (optional) – adds additional sweetness
