Ingredients
Ghee : 2 tbsp
Urad dal : 1 tbsp
Moong dal (Optional) : 1 tbsp
Roasted split chickpeas( Pottukadala ) : 2tbsp
Almonds : 2 tbsp
Cashew nuts : 12-15 nos
Flattened rice(Aval-Red) : 2 tbsp
Pistachios : 2tbsp
Raisins : 2 tbsp
Dates : 2 tbsp
Sesame seeds(black) : 1 tbsp
Grated coconut – 1 cup
Palm Jaggery(Jaggery)- 150 gm
water : 2-3 tbsp
