Ajwain leaves have a number of health benefits, including remedying stomach problem and for improving appetite and digestion. It is one of the important herb in Indian kitchen which has a unique flavour. Every part of ajwain plant is used to make varied medicines.

In my kitchen I use it regularly. Before I used to make a syrup for my kid to relief from cold and cough. And it is very useful. When thinking of how else to use this beautiful leaves, I came across recipe for Baji and curry . But wanted to make something that not fried and curry . So I have tried a Chutney which is easy to make and goes well with paratha, roti, rice, dosa , idli and millets.

For best result you can add 1 tsp ajwain Chutney with 1 glass of warm water. In empty stomach every morning, which is Very helpful for weight loss, improve digestion.
