Pav Bhaji Recipe | How To Make Pav Bhaji – Easy Mumbai Style Pav Bhaji | JOOS Food

Ingredients
Oil 1 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Onion 2 chopped
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
Tomatoes 3 chopped finely
Green peas 1/4 cup
Green Chili 2 chopped finely
Capsicum 1/2 cup chopped finely
Paneer 1 cup crumbled
Raw banana 1, diced
Carrot 1, diced
Cauliflower florets 1/2 cup
Beetroot 1/4 cup diced
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Pav Bhaji Masala Powder 3 tbsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Coriander 2 tbsp finely chopped
lemon juice 2 tsp
Brown pav to serve

Method:
Boil carrot, peas, banana, cauliflower and beetroot.
Now heat oil and butter in a pan, add cumin and let them sizzle.
Add onion and cook till it turns brown and becomes soft.
Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a min.
Add capsicum, green chillies and saute them.
Add in tomatoes and cook them down till it gets mushy.
Add in pav bhaji masala powder , turmeric powder, red chilin powder and salt and mix well.
Add in veggie mix along with paneer and mash it well using a masher or back of your spoon.
Add in coriander and lemon juice, mix well and serve with brown pav.
