Are you one of those mums who reads the food labels and think/ worries about how much sugar and other unnecessary “stuff” you are giving to your children on a daily basis.. I’m one among those mothers and I truly try my level best to give my children less processed and more natural food.
I was shocked to find out the most popular spreads available in the market is made with at least 57% to 60 % of sugar and rest is some unhealthy oils and a hint of nuts😢😱.. being a nature lover and a mother, make me often think about the environmental impact as well if I keep buying those products.

Please note that I have roasted the almonds only until the aroma starts to come out. You can dry roast in a pan or in the oven.
