Ingredients for caramelized Makhana-

Makhana /fox nuts 2 cups
Sesame seeds one and half teaspoon
Jaggery one and half tablespoon
Ghee -1tsp

Dry roast Makhana in a pan till they become crisp and keep it aside..

In a pan take one teaspoon ghee and add crushed jaggery.. let it start melting and then add roasted phool Makhana ..mix it gently and then add sesame seeds in it.. cook it on low flame for 1 minute till the Makhana gets coated well with the jaggery..

Once it’s cools down serve it,
