We are in the pumkin season, so this recepie is perfect for Halloween party or even as a weekend snack!
The recepie is vegan and gluten free also refined sugar free.
1.25 cup of Almonds
1.25 cup of oats
3 tablespoons of Lin seed (flax seed)
0.25 cup of Coconut oil
0.75 cup of plant based milk (in the video i used home made coconut milk)
1 cup pumkin pure (boil it and smash it)
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Half Vanilla pod
Pinch of Salt
4 teaspoon Baking Powder
0.25 teaspoon Bicarbonate
2 teaspoon of mixed spice (or mix of grounded nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon)
0.5 teaspoon Ground Ginger
You mix everything in a bowl and goes in to a loaf shape tin.
180°C on 30-45 minutes. Check with fork if it`s sticky inside.
You can decorate it with pumkin seed.:)
