Simple Beet salad recipe | Diet OVER 50 | Stung by Samantha

Good Morning all!! You have been asking me for years what I eat to stay fit over 50 and during menopause! Here is my super basic and simple BEET Salad recipe. I absolutely LOVE beets and I eat this salad at least twice a week. It takes about 5 minutes to make and you are eating nutritious, whole, non processed foods which are essential for a healthy fit body, especially during Menopause!
