Lemon Pepper Paneer Rice Bowl Recipe

This easy paneer recipe is packed with protein, full of flavor, and comes together in no time.

📝Ingredients & method

Coat 200 gm paneer with 1 tsp rice flour.
Heat ½ tbsp butter, sauté 1 tbsp garlic + 1 tsp chilli flakes, add ½ cup coriander, cook for 1 minute. Mix in 1 bowl steamed rice and salt to make butter garlic rice.
Spray oil and pan-fry the coated paneer.
In the same pan, add ½ tbsp butter, 1 tbsp garlic, 1 tsp chilli flakes, and ½ cup coriander. Cook for 1 minute. Add 1½ cups water + 3 tbsp jowar atta slurry and cook until thick. Season with salt and black pepper, add paneer, cook for 2 minutes, then finish with 1 tbsp lemon juice.
Serve hot with the butter garlic rice. 💛
