Red onions
1/8 cup sugar
1½ lbs white vinegar
¼ balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic
Pepper
Salt

0:16 Boil green beans for 4-5 minutes, until tender
0:24 Drain water and leave green beans in ice water to prevent overcooking
0:33 Combine sugar, white vinegar, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, pepper and salt, and mix well

1:10 Add minced garlic
