METHOD

1.In a mixer jar add pieces of bread – 4 slices
Then add Semolina – 40 gram
Yogurt – 50 gram
Water as required
Grind it to a fine batter

2.To this batter add
Chopped capsicum – 1 small sized
Chopped green chilies – 2
Chopped tomato – 1 medium sized
Chopped onion – 1 medium sized
Grated carrot – 4 tablespoon
Chopped ginger – 1 teaspoon
Salt as required
Turmeric powder – 4 pinches
Cooking soda – 2 pinches
Mix it well

3.Heat a pan , add little oil and add the batter and cook them till crispy on both sides

4.Enjoy them with coconut chutney or Peanut chutney or tomato sauce
