This is a healthy and crunchy oatmeal dates quick bread which can serve 4 .No added sugar .
Ingredients :
2 Cups rolled oatmeal
1 1/2 cup chopped dates
1/2 cup nuts
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup dates
1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tbsp. cinnamon powder
salt
3/4 cup water
Procedure:
Coarsely grind oatmeal and nuts separately and transfer to a mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients one by one and mix thoroughly. Add 3/4 cup of water into the mixture and form a sticky dough. Transfer the dough to a heated and greased cast iron skillet .Bake the bread for 30 minutes at 425 F preheated oven with the aluminum foil on . After 30 minutes remove the aluminum foil and bake for another 15 minutes for 425 F.
