Sprouted Green Gram Cutlet it’s completely healthy and rich in protein. Here I have used the Poha powder instead of Breadcrumbs.

Cutlet without breadcrumbs is a healthy option and I used country egg for dipping.

Ingredients:
Green Gram – 1/2 Cup (Add Spinach for more healthy version)
Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp ( Or Mixed Herbs / Pepper Powder)
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
Poha Powder
Country Egg
Oil, Salt
