Flax Seeds Coconut butter balls:
Coconut Butter Balls, are Healthy indian Dessert for weight loss. These tasty balls are healthy as they are rich in protein and healthy fat. It can also be enjoyed as a dessert by weight watchers.
The Base ingredients of amazing balls are super healthy: coconut, flaxseeds and so many. Flaxseeds are loaded with nutrients, vitamins, minerals, omega-3 fatty acids, lignans and healthy fiber. Which is very essential, very good for cholesterol, for joints and many more. Main ingredient coconut, are high in manganese, which is essential for bone health, heart health, weight loss, and digestion. Yes, it’s high in calories. So you should eat in moderation.
Ingredients:
4tbsp Peanut butter
1 ¼ cup fresh grated coconut
2tbsp powdered flaxseed( alsi)
2 ½ tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
½ cup desiccated coconut for rolling balls
Method:
1) To make coconut butter balls combine all ingredients, except desiccated coconut in a large mixing bowl and mix very well.
2) Divide the mixture into equal parts and make evenly sized balls.
3) Roll the balls in the desiccated coconut till they are evenly coated from all the sides.
4) Refrigerate the coconut butter balls for at least half an hour.
5) Keep them in an air-tight box in the fridge for around two weeks to enjoy whenever you want.
Nutritional values( Per Balls): Total energy: 128cal, Protein: 1.2g
Carbs:3.5g, fiber: 1.7g, fat: 12.7g
