Little Coconut : As required (You can replace with 1 spoon of rice (any rice))
Cashew/Kaskas : Little
Onion : Little
Tomatoes : 1 Big Size
Garlic : 10 Pods

Tempering

Mustard, Jeera, Urad Dal : 1/2 Spoon each
Curry Leaves : As required
Onion : 10 small onions
Garlic : 10 Pods
Chilli Powder : 2 Spoons
Curry Leaves : As Required
Salt : As Required
Lemon Size Tamarind : Thick paste required
Manathakkali vathal : little
Jaggery : little

Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Step: 1. With the given tempering add the onion and garlic and let it to turn brown.
Step: 2. Now add the red chilli powder and the masala paste to it and give it a good boil.
Step: 3. Adjust with required salt, adding the thick tamarind paste.
Step: 4. Add the fried manathakkali vathal to the kulambu and jaggery to the kulambu and again give it a good boil.
Step: 5. And here is our delicious authentic and traditional marriage style manathakkali vathal kulambu ready to be served with hot rice and papad.
