Cooking is a labour of love – that unites people through respect for the craft and for good ingredients. Dilmah’s Empower Culinary & Hospitality School & the Cricket Live Foundation teamed up for a cook-off recently. Eight teams competed to create the most healthy dish from produce grown in the home gardens of the CLF students.
Today along with these young people we honour chefs around the world who are committed to passing on knowledge, passion, culinary skills and are committed to healthy food and a sustainable future. Happy World Chefs Day 2020.
