Lemond & Blueberry Baked Oats:
80g oats
350g fat-free natural yogurt
2tsp vanilla extract
Sweetener to taste (I used couple of tbsp of agave syrup)
Zest and Juice of one lemon
4 eggs
200g blueberries (amount is not essential and you can use any berries that you want)
180C fan ~ 35-40mins

Oat Pancake:
40g oat bran
40g milk
pinch of salt
1 egg
30g of cheese and one medium tomato for the filling (or whatever else you fancy)

Syrniki with goats cheese, dill and parsley:
500g cottage cheese (I used half-fat)
Fresh parsley and dill (to taste)
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
pinch of salt
120g grated hard goats cheese
2 eggs
2tsp rice flour (or regular plain)
Served with some yogurt and sriracha
180C fan ~ 15mins

Oladushki:
300g wholemeal self-raising flour
400g kefir
1 egg
pinch of salt
1tsp sugar
Served with peanut butter and jam

Overnight Oats:
40g oats
5g chia seeds
1tsp ground flaxseeds
10g pumpkin seeds
heaped tsp peanut butter
Apple (or whatever fruit you have)
cashew milk (or whatever milk you like), I put enough just to cover the oats
