I have used Amaranth ( Rajgira), Buckwheat (kuttu) and Phool makhana as my smoothie base. however, you can use any healthy grain like quick oats of your choice. Multigrain Smoothie is a super healthy breakfast option as it is ready in no time. provided you have soaked your ingredients a night before. You can directly use the ingredients, without soaking, but its won’t give you a very creamy consistency. This is a great way to include various healthy grains in your diet and we all know about the goodness of nuts and seeds.
