The Dry fruit and Gulkand barfi, a personal favorite is such a beautiful amalgamation of flavors. It is indeed rich and perfect to add to your Diwal thali. Ragi halwa, its a soulful delicacy. Using ragi, a power house millet, its definitely for one of those mindful indulgences. And lastly til chikki with gud and til patti – these are great for winter and make for a good energy snack during this time of the year.
