Ingredients
360 grams wheat flour
5 grams yeast
3 Tbspn yeast
200 ml warm water
* in a mixing bowl put ingredients
mix it together
* knead until dough become smooth
* leave the dough to rise in for about
45 mins
* dust the wooden surface to cut
rolled the dough, divide into
5 portions
* let it rest again fo another 30 mins
* boil water in a pot and a tspn baking
soda
* deep dough into boiling water for
30 seconds
* transfer into baking tray
* bake at 200C for about 20-25 mins
