This is a great recipe for weight loss.

This video contains 3 recipes combined!!! This is a step by step video on how to make our own recipe of Teriyaki Bowl from scratch!!!!

We will show you how to make your own Vegan Teriyaki Bowl.

First you will need to make Cauliflower Rice. It is a great substitute for boiled rice to fill your appetite. Next, make Teriyaki Sauce. You will need this to coat the pan-roasted sweet potatoes. Lastly, when you have all the ingredients you need to set-up your bowl- you can now decorate your own TERIYAKI BOWL!!!

This recipe makes 2-3 servings

Notes:
1. For the Cauliflower Rice, you may add more garlic in the recipe or even better, toast them until golden brown before adding the cauliflower in the pan.

2. For the Teriyaki sauce, the recipe makes about 1/2 cup. You will only need 1/4 cup for coating the sweet potatoes. Do not overcoat because the taste will be very strong. You can refrigerate the rest of the sauce and use it for another day.

3. You may add or remove any ingredients for the set-up. We preferred adding corn and carrots, shiitake mushroom and toasted edamame seeds since the flavors go along together very well.

This is a very delicious and healthy meal that you must really try!
