Today we will make arvi masala fry.

Ingredients:
Arvi-500 grams
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder-1 tbsp
Coriander powder- 1tbsp
Garam masala- 1/4 tsp
Mango powder-1 tbsp
Chutney and chaat masala for garnishing

Direction:

First boil the arvi in a pressure cooker until 1 whistle comes. Then peel the arvi, cut them into 4 parts in a round shape,add all ingredients into it. Mix all spices well, grease tawa with ghee, place all coated arvi on tawa. Roast the arvi for 2-3 minutes flip the arvi and again cook for 2-3 minutes so that they get crisped well.Arbi is ready, now add chutney and chaat masala on top of it. Masala arvi fry is ready to serve, serve with chapati and raita.
